Enjoying one of the strongest sales performances in the bowtie brand’s lineup here at Jim Butler Chevy of St Louis, the Chevy Trax has consistently finished in the top three best-selling spots. Even though the Premium trim level has been removed from production for 2021, the Trax lineup will see some adjustments this year with competitive and appealing changes.

One of the most exciting tasks to finalize after you have selected a new car is choosing the color, and this year’s Trax has plenty of unique hues to choose from! New on the list and up for awesomely-crafted grabs are Midnight Blue Metallic, Crimson Metallic, Iridescent Pearl Tricoat, and Shadow Gray Metallic. A few other of our favorites are Summit White and Silver Ice Metallic, which up the appearance ante enough to want to take back-to-back spring spins to show off your wise new purchase. Sirius XM Radio is now offered as standard on the LS model, offering you hits before they conquer playlists, interviews with the most successful stars, and more.

You now have the option to enjoy every trip in luxurious comfort with the Premium Seat Package, which includes heated driver and front passenger seats in Leatherette trim, available on LT models. The Lifestyle Package includes the very useful cargo tray and aid for the ultimate in lake outings with the trailer hitch carrier mount. You can make your way through the Ozarks or all the way to the Rockies if you wish with the addition of the Road Trip Package, including all-weather floor mats and roof rack cross rails for recreational goods.

The LT Convenience Package makes every day on the road that much easier for you by providing keyless open, keyless start, key system, driver 6-way power seat adjuster, and the leather-wrapped 3-spoke steering wheel. The new LT 1.4-liter Inline-four cylinder cranks out 138 horsepower and 148 lb-ft of torque and is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission, with your choice of front-wheel or all-wheel-drive configurations. The test drivers on staff at Cars.usnews.com commended the Trax for being incredibly easy to maneuver in tight spots, 18.7 cubic feet of cargo room behind the rear seats, and 48.4 cubic feet with the rear seats folded flat.

Every day as you venture off to fulfill your duties you’ll be enjoying an attractive interior with many soft-touch surfaces, and a 7-inch touchscreen, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a Wi-Fi hot spot, satellite radio, six speakers, Bluetooth, and voice command as standard infotainment features.
